Cameron commenced his Articles of Clerkship in January 2020, having previously completed a BCom Law at the Independent Institute of Education (IIE) in 2016 and an LLB at the University of Pretoria in 2019. During his studies, he participated in the Junior Moot League and attended a course in Trial Advocacy. Cameron has interests in Corporate and Commerical Law, Criminal Law, Tax Law, and more recently, Aviation law. The title of his final year dissertation in Tax Law was “Finding the Balance: An Analysis of SARS’ “Pay Now, Argue Later” Rule in the Context of Constitutionality and Necessity”, whereby he revisited and disagreed with the findings contained in the Doctoral Thesis of his supervisor, Dr Carike Fritz. Cameron has ambitions to focus his endeavours in Commercial and Criminal Litigation and to build his expertise in Tax and Aviation Law.
